This Guide is intended to be useful both to those who need less than is provided in the application guidelines provided by the Global Fund (because they just want to find out whether they should even consider applying), and to those who need more. It discusses factors that lie behind some of the questions asked in the Sixth Call for Proposals, and distils conclusions that can be drawn from a detailed analysis of the successful proposals that were submitted to the Global Fund in Rounds 3, 4 and 5.
