ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT The board revised its committee structure.

Most board decisions are made after the topic in question has been extensively discussed by a board committee, and the committee has made a recommendation to the board. The board has now decided to revise its committee structure. The four main committees that have existed in the past have been replaced with the following three committees:

Policy and Strategy Committee (PSC)
Portfolio Committee (PC)
Finance and Audit Committee (FAC)

Each board delegation may be a member of the Policy and Strategy Committee, and of one of the other two committees. The Board approved detailed rules, procedures, and terms of reference for the committees.
