Provides guidance on budgeting for human resource costs and travel-related costs. Also covers how to handle foreign exchange rates and how to consolidate the budget and work plan.

PR NOMINATION
New Principal Recipient Assessment Report, March 2011, 23 pages
LFA Guidelines for the Principal Recipient (PR) Assessment, March 2011, 45 pages
These reports describe the capacities that the local fund agent (LFA) reviews when it assesses a nominated PR. This will be of interest to all applicants, but particularly those that plan to nominate a PR that has not previously implemented Global Fund- supported programmes.

The Global Fund has additional information on Round 11 on its website here. There are sections on the major changes for Round 11, the importance of starting early, key dates and timelines, and frequently asked questions.
Finally, the Global Fund Secretariat has indicated that a revised edition of the Monitoring and Evaluation Toolkit will be posted before the launch of Round 11.
