ABSTRACT The Global Fund seeks additional personnel to join a pool of experts from which vacancies for its Technical Review Panel will be filled. The closing date for applications is 5 September 2016.

The Global Fund is now recruiting experts to join the Technical Review Panel (TRP). This recruitment effort focuses on the following areas of expertise: HIV, TB, malaria, health systems, human rights and gender, program management, challenging operating environments, community systems strengthening, investing for impact, sustainable financing, and transition.

The primary function of the TRP is to review funding requests for technical merit and strategic focus, and to make funding recommendations. TRP members are paid an honorarium for each day they work as well as for travel expenses.

Experts selected as a result of this recruitment will not necessarily join the TRP immediately but will at first join a pool of experts. Vacancies for the TRP will then be filled from this pool.
