Presentación del NMF: La investigación en este tema tiene como objetivo observar y documentar experiencias de países durante la presentación del NMF. Se realizará un Análisis de las asignaciones del Fondos bajo el NMF. Los Papeles de diferentes actores serán criticados y se analizará su opinión sobre el proceso de diálogo de países. Vamos a seguir a los países a medida que desarrollan sus notas conceptuales y proporcionan modelos y recomendaciones sobre el desarrollo de la nota conceptual del NMF. Con la mayoría de los receptores del Fondo Mundial teniendo poblaciones jóvenes que son afectadas por el VIH, la malaria y la tuberculosis, Aidspan investigará las brechas existentes y recomendará cómo los Programas centrados en los niños pueden ser integrados en los programas bajo el NMF.

This paper presents an analysis of the allocations under the NFM for 2014 – 2017, including a description of the impact of “over-allocated” and “significantly over-allocated” determinants on totals for different countries and regions. The analysis also includes a comparison between the allocations totals with the funding received by those countries between 2010 and 2013.
